We’ll gladly accept the return of any Shampoo, Conditioners, Colognes, Finishing Sprays and any other bathing/grooming products (Excluding Grooming Tools & Equipment) within 30 days. However, returns must be in sellable condition, including all packaging and boxes and accompanied by original Groomer’s Warehouse receipt. Credit amount will be issued minus 15% restock fee and any delivery or shipping fees.
Inspection: All Grooming Equipment, Tools, Parts & Accessories must be inspected/tested before leaving Groomer’s Warehouse and sign an inspection Waiver before purchase.

Seasonal Products/Items, Clearance Items, Clippers, Nail Grinders, All Shears, Chunkers, Blades, Guard Combs, Dryers, Tables, Tubs, Kennel Cage Banks and all Parts & Accessories.
Defective Tools & Equipment: Must be returned to the manufacturer. At time of purchase, Groomer’s Warehouse will include a Manufacture Contact Information Sheet to pair with appropriate manufacture.
Exchanges On Non-defective items: Exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping/delivery costs to Groomer’s Warehouse as well as reship/redelivery costs for any exchange items back to the customers. Exchanged items must be in sellable condition with all original packaging and with original Groomer’s Warehouse receipt.
Online Defective or Does Not Work Orders: Must be returned to the manufacturer. Groomer’s Warehouse will include a Manufacture Contact Information Sheet to pair with appropriate manufacture.
Warehouse Order Errors: After verification/inspection, Groomer’s Warehouse will reimburse shipping costs of incorrect product(s) and corrected product(s). Our normal procedure consists of sending out the correct product immediately with a return postage label.
Customer Order Error: In this situation, the customer will pay return costs and a 15% restocking fee. After verification/inspection, Groomer’s Warehouse will refund the purchase price, minus fees, to the original payment method.
Drop-Shipped Items must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Damaged In Transit: After verification/inspection, Groomer’s Warehouse will replace same product(s) at our expense. Sometimes a carrier may damage a package. If your package appears damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If the package is damaged please contact us immediately at (713) 463-5074 or email [email protected]. For UPS damages, make sure the drive examines the damage. Also, please retain the original shipping container for any freight shipments (large items and pallets), be sure to inspect the item(s) carefully and make sure nothing is damaged before signing for it. If you even feel little concerned about it, do not sign for it. If this happens, contact us at (713) 463-5073 or email [email protected] and we will take care of it for you. If you sign for an item as delivered in condition, free of damage, it is almost impossible to go back and claim damage. For that reason Groomer’s Warehouse cannot be held responsible for shipments after they are signed for.
